Put down your phone and walk away from it for 4 hours. Go a whole weekend without it. Get to inbox zero. Delete your social media profiles.
Did any of that cause you to break out in a cold sweat? Yeah, me too.
It’s a good thing that to me, Digital Detox is about detoxing the aspects of digital that are causing stress and worry, rather than detoxing digital from your life.
I’m going to share with you, amongst other things, how I manage to keep my inbox at no unread emails (not inbox zero!), manage alerts so I don’t get stressed, keep my digital footprint in check and keep myself secure in an age of hackers.
I’m sure you’re probably sitting there rolling your eyes thinking ‘sure, she’s going to show me how she meditates, drinks green tea and is so analy zen there’s no way it’s achievable’. I’m not… stick around and find out how easy it is (really!!).
