Little Boxes

Why we put people in little boxes by stereotyping them, what good and harm it can do

No matter how hard we try, we’re all going to end up in a box of some kind at some point in our lives.

Whether that’s because we’ve been stereotyped, or because we have to tick a box of some kind, Miss, Ms, Mrs, Dr, Married, Single, Divorced, Straight, Bi, Lesbian, Transgender, Queer, Black, White, Asian, British, American, Canadian, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s.  You get the idea.

I want Little Boxes to challenge the status quo in this respect a little bit, and look at it this way, the only little box we should need to tick is ‘human’.

So what I’m aiming to do with this section of content is to look at the human in all of us.  I hope, that this section will help you to understand how to understand the humans who use your products & services, your websites & apps and face to face.

I will also be launching online training and in person workshops to help you get inside the skin of ‘your’ humans.

Stay tuned… next week I’m going to be giving away a free customer profile – my own.
