Got questions?

Definitely not frequently asked, but you probably want to know

You.

If you want to build a business, have a business or want to expand your business this is for you.

In a way, yes.  It’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you do basic customer research and create a persona (Ideal Customer Avatar).

No.

It will help when it comes to recruiting people to interview, but it’s not a requirement.

No.  All you need is a willingness to talk with people.  You can even be an introvert and do this (trust me, I’m an introvert, and I’ve done this for over 21 years).

I’ve done a few online courses, and had access to closed Facebook groups.  I’ve seen the struggle a lot of people have with this and know I can help.  I’m also building a course that will include this topic (in a lot more detail, with a lot more support) and wanted to give something free ahead of that.

No.  While I could, I think small businesses owners should at some point have real conversations with their customers about what they’re selling.  When they grow, sure, get someone else to do it, but the benefit you’ll get from these conversations are priceless.

No.  It doesn’t matter what kind of business you’ve got.  All businesses benefit from talking with their customers and this is a toolkit to help you do just that.
