We’ve all been there, spending hours trying to find a way to do something online and wishing we could just ask someone, like we ask our girlfriends stuff.
Well, guess what! now you can… Technotherapy for those times when you feel like you need a little technological tlc.
You’ll let me know what you need help with and I’ll help get you unstuck in either a 30 or 60 minute consultation.
Instead of that weird thing where I talk in 3rd person, I’ll just summarise and say you’ll be talking to me, Emma. I’ve got over 21 years experience, I’ve been working with websites for over 15 of those. In that time I’ve been a Project Manager, Change Manager, Business Analyst, Information Architect, User Experience Architect, User Experience Designer, Head of UX and Director of IA. I know my shit.
£75 for 30 minutes or £150 for 60 minutes.
Click on the book now button and you’ll get a pop-up window where you can select the date and time of your slot. I collect some basic information here. Once you’ve booked and paid I’ll send you a link to a short questionnaire I need you to fill out that gives me a bit more info.
Payment is done via Stripe and using a credit or debit card. All payments are in British Pounds. I am VAT registered if you are a UK business.
You can do both, however, I need 4 hours notice for either. Cancellations will receive a full refund if they’re cancelled within 4 hours, anything less and I’m unable to offer a refund as I won’t be able to rebook the appointment.
I will do everything I can to help you, if we feel that it’s something I’m really not equipped to help you with I will offer you a full refund.
For the next few weeks (from the 5th of February) it’ll be quite varied while I try to work out what time slots work best for the community. However, there’s quite a selection.
I’m in the UK (not London!), and my availability is based on my own time zone. However, there’ll be enough there to suit all time zones. One of the helpful things about the appointment booker I’ve picked, is that it lets you pick your time zone so no additional Googling. Just pick your region, then your time zone and voila!
Either 30 or 60 minutes of my time, which is a Readers Digest version of my 21 years of experience. I don’t produce anything for you in this time, it’s purely a therapy session where I help you with a specific problem.
We’ll do the session via video conferencing, I’m currently using Google Meet which means you need to use Google Chrome. It means you don’t need to use any additional plug-ins or applications.
Unless there’s something you absolutely need help with, I’m able to help with, AND you want to book some of my time, then we can discuss it. If not, it’s not my goal to try and sell you stuff.
Honestly, the thought of having conversations with, and helping people like you are what excite me.
I’ve got a lot of knowledge about a lot of things and weirdly, I like sharing it with others if it means I can help them. If I can share that and help empower you then it makes me happy. Credit my dad, if he could find a way to help someone, he would.
You know what would go well with that dream of yours?
